It’s an honor to have the opportunity to serve as Faith Health Ministers for Springs Fellowship Church and we are excited for all that the Lord is doing. We are reaching our community by providing Health Education and Screening Events.

Our team is a team of ministers with a servant’s heart, who are making an impact in the Pleasant Grove Community, they are Faith Community Health Promoters for Texas Health Resources, Baylor Scott & White and Parkland Hospital.

Our goal with the help of our Professional Partnerships is to provide:
Health Education, Health Fairs, Screening Events, Behavioral Health Education, Food Pantry and Nutrition Programs to our congregation and our community of Pleasant Grove.
